Mold Testing

We will come out to your business to do a visual inspection for mold and take swab samples and air samples to be analyzed for mold. Mold Removal
Many times the source of mold can be located and easily removed. However, in cases of severe water damage the only option is mold remediation. The duration of the mold remediation process depends not only on the extent of damage but also the source of moisture among other factors. The mold remediation process is completed by one of our certified mold remediators.
The mold remediation process includes the following:
- Identify the source of moisture
- Contain the affected area with a containment field
- Physically remove the mold from the premises
- Apply an EPA-approved fungicidal to eliminate any residual mold
- Formulate a personal plan of action for preventing the recurrence of mold
